July 2018: Mocktail Bakes

In July we had a member-led meeting and everyone took part in either cupcake and tart baking or cookie decorating!  

​

Our theme was 'Mocktail Bakes' and Kim C lead half the group members in icing cocktail glass shaped sugar cookies, and Helen L and Margot led the other half in the Kitchen to prepare and bake very tasty 'Gin & Tonic' flavoured cupcakes and 'Pina Colada' flavoured pastry tarts!

The baking was a great effort in team work to say the least! We were really impressed with the artistic efforts of the cookie crew too!
