March 2018: Make Two, Take One Skill Share

 

Our members turned out for our March meeting! We love a good Skill Share and we themed this one as 'Make Two, Take One'.  It was great for members to learn a new skill and get to take a gorgeous new make home (with the added bonus of allowing us to build up a contribution of handmade items for Craft Fairs later in the year - we love fundraising this way!).

We get to be a bit boisterous in meetings like these, lots of catch up and banter with friends makes us smile!  We got stuck in to Folk Art, Crocheted 'Scrubbies', English Paper Pieced Hexie Pin Cushions, Paper Cutting and Seed Bomb making!

Plus we had another epic 'Craffle' (Crafty Raffle!). We de-stashed items from home and they got new homes with other members! Looking forward to another Skill Share month in Autumn!
