What made you join Cam City WI?

My friend is on the committee and she can be VERY persuasive!! 😉 

No, I wanted to do something new, and heard great things about Cam City WI....plus I heard all about Tea & Tents!!! My auntie has been in WI for years and in the village I know it's also a lifeline for a lot of people. I also need help learning to crochet and I haven't got very far!!

Who inspires you and why?

Anyone who can crochet!!

People that are confident and open-minded, who always try to include everyone, and if they think something is wrong then will try to change it.

What are your Poison?

GIN!!! I love it!!!
Especially gin fizz which is gin, elderflower, apple juice and soda. There's loads of elderflowers in my garden so making the cordial is half the fun.

What would you do with/for a million?

​

Do you remember "The Word" on TV? A segment called "I'd do anything to get on TV"???? Well, definitely NONE of that!!!

I'd love to do Go Ape one day, just to see if I could do it. And if anyone wants to give me a million quid....

What's on your bucket list?

Travel, travel and travel!!! I really want to visit Japan, go on the Trans Siberian railway, machu pichu before it's too late....Iceland, south America! Aaaargh, too many already!!!

What would your ideal day entail?
 

Seeing some friends, go to Stonehenge (or nearby as I think it's a total tourist trap these days sigh) or Avesbury is really nice. Pub lunch then back to a campsite/yurt (? I've never stayed in one but I love the idea) with a massive bonfire and we can toast marshmallows and drink loads of gin 😀
