We love to welcome new members at Cam City WI so it’s great that you’re interested in joining us.

 

Cam City WI is open to new members so  if you would like to start by coming along as a visitor to one or two of our meetings*, to see what we’re all about, just drop us a line and we’ll make sure one of our many friendly faces is ready to greet you.

 

There is usually a visitor fee of £5  but this includes tea and cake/fruit.

Our meetings are now regularly held at  Wesley Methodist Church, Christ Pieces  in Cambridge, on the first Wednesday of every month. Starting at 7.30pm, usually lasting about two hours and includes tea, cake and time to talk to fellow members of course!  Sometimes, we might meet offsite but that will be clear from the programme.  

 

We try to plan a varied programme so that there is something for everyone, ranging from craft activities, inspiring speakers, practical new skills and other weird and wonderful topics suggested by our members.

When you've completed the form please bring email it to info@camcitywi.co.uk .

 

Once your membership form has been received , we will contact you with details of how to pay your membership fee and get you signed up

Membership Fees

​

The yearly membership subscription for 2026/27 will be £54, with renewal of subs, for existing members, due 1 April 2026.

​

If you are joining the WI for the first time now, you can pay a pro-rata subscription depending on which month you join.

​

The prices for 2026/27 are set out below.

Dual Membership

​

Did you know you could be a member of more than one WI at the same time? If you’re already a member of a different WI but would like to become part of Cam City WI too, then we’d be delighted to welcome you as a dual member!

 

All you have to do is pay the full membership fee to your 'primary' WI and then a further £27.10 to Cam City WI.  

Please note, voting privileges only apply to your primary WI
