What made you join Cam City WI?
Bronwyn is to blame for that! She told me about what she did at WI and it sounded fun. I had decided that now my children are older I needed to get out of the house and do something for myself (which is actually quite scary!!) so I took the plunge and came along.

Who inspires you and why? 
Everyone inspires me! I try and learn something from everyone I meet.

What's your philosophy in life? 
No matter how hard we try we can’t control what life throws at us but we can control how we deal with it. Take a step back, think how you would want to be treated and do the best you can.

Secret Skills?
I don’t have any particular secret skills as most people know I’m an avid knitter! I did learn when I was 2 1/2 though!

Guilty Pleasures?
Watching a boxset on the TV whilst doing my knitting,

What's your Poison?
I’m not a big drinker but I do like a Pina Colada!

What would you do with a million?
Give most of it to my children to set them up but I would love to have a house built with a huge craft room!

What are your top three Bucket list items?

1. Spend more time by the sea. 

2. Master as many types of knitting as possible. 

3. Become a better cook 

What would be your perfect day?
A walk by the sea with my dogs. Plenty of time for some knitting. A good film and a seafood dinner with my family cooked by somebody else!
